Another lovely little race in an even lovelier part of France . See Clement Chevrier has gone from being in a USA development role last year to heading up IAM. Norwegian team not heard of before Team Frøy Oslo
Gilbert having a leg loosener.
No Tiernan Locke this year though

forgotten all about him!
He seems to being quite well atm. He got caught with about 500m to go in Laigueglia. Cult are racing quite aggressively.0 -
What was his story? He missed a year, and I remember (rightly or wrongly) he feel out of love with cycling?
Gets a mention in this month Procycling as one of the first people to be vocally anti doping, which seems old hat by now!0 -

Waiting for today's stage to go live.
Gastauer did well yesterday to win the stage by just 7 seconds.

Let me guess, he came in second?"In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"

not much to get - just a traditional early season - like the Italian late season ones , really seems a pro - conti ambition but is still a 2.1 - same as Andalucia and Algarve. It might be the bottom of the pyramid but the whole calendar is dependent on races like this0
-
Its a 2 day race and somewhat disjointed. It looks good if you win it but in reality it doesn't take much,
Ruta de Sol etc are proper races.Contador is the Greatest0
