Thought I would share my new bike with you guys!

    Very, very nice. My only adjustment would be to get the Garmin out in front of the stem.

    Grats that's a super nice build!

    Frame size / shape is a really nice balance. Plus I think the ultegra really lends itself to it nicely.

    Hi cheers guys it really is a good looking bike and rides superb the discs are unreal the power is mental as for the weight it's said to be 6.8kg with out pedals and any other it's like lights and cycle computers but I will be puting it on the scales on the weekend ....reason for the garmin like that is that I prefer it that way only problem was the 1/4 mount won't fit so I flip the out front round for the time being

    With the 1/4 mount on a 100mm stem

    Love this bike...discs are the future most definitely! One of those garmin mounts that fits on top of the stem like a spacer would do the job you want.

    Lovely bike. enjoy it. i'm hoping the compo man turns up with a nice fat cheque so i can get something special like yours. no doubt i'll end up at Halfords ;)

    I've got to disagree.
    Derosa have and do make some beautiful bikes but this ain't one of them, lines just don't flow, it's stealth ish, Derosa are known for beautiful paint jobs.
    Disc brakes don't look as neat as calipers and they've stopped us all well enough for years.
    No way is it gonna weigh 6.8kg with them wheels (I had some on a crosser), discs and alloy finishing kit and ultegra either although I hope it does for you.
    And which shop supplied 3T bars and stem with an FSA seatpost ?
    Sorry to be a grump but with Derosa history and Derosa money I'd want better.
    It's just my opinion, so go and enjoy regardless (when it stops snowing !)

    Very nice!currently deciding between the 838 and A caliper idol. Possibly the black/white colouring. No shops have any in stock to take a look though :-(

    Swapping the FSA seatpost for a 3T would finish it off nicely.

    Why did you opt for mechanical rather than Di2 Ultegra?

    Still havent ridden mine. I have Di2 and hope its all its cracked up to be because with the discs plus the Di2 it weighs a tonne!!

    What's the overall build weight? And how much of a difference do those changes make? a few 100g at most is my guess.

    Not sure about Weight yet but my Oltre is 6.5 kg. I wouldnt be surprised if this is at least 2 kg heavier.

    I didn't go for di2 as I cou justify spending another 1000 on a group set it's pretty light with the ultegra I do need to weigh it as it is ...only problem I found so far is the head set coming loose on harsh front wheel breaking

    I've had to order some vision metron 40 carbon wheels to try and lighten mine up.
