Intermittent Protocols / 15/15 30/20 etc....

Hi. I'm Thorsten from Hamburg/Germany. I'm currently exercising a 5 day HIIT block with 20/20 seconds. This is the second , I have already made one this winter.
If anyone exist how is doing something similar, i would like to share experience and resources.
In case of general I'm going to post some more detailed informations about my current workout
