Well worth a read, as it clarifies and/or debunks a lot of the claims for a variety of 'performance' products..

So, what’s going to make me ride faster?
There are no shortcuts or magic bullets I can offer you I’m afraid and performance boils down to talent, smart consistent training and sound nutrition. Legally, there are very few ergogenic aids that have any real value and, at the elite level, I’m yet to be 100% convinced of any. However, there are a few products that can potentially help at different phases of your training and racing cycle.

We're all too different for anything but the most generic (and therefore pretty useless) advice to be meaningful. Most of that BC article is very generic and certainly nothing new in it. I'm not sure what myths it debunked - it was just straightforward, pragmatic and generic advice.ROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0

You seem desperate to pick holes in something. I also said 'clarify' - but you have carefully ignored that and instead criticised me for a word that I didn't actually use. The article was posted for interest, but you seem determined to give us all a lesson in English composition instead.0 -

That is basically what I've eaten today plus a pint of milk with Nesquik post ride, instead of the Marmite. Now, sitting here 2 hours post ride I feel like my throats been cut and trying to stay out of the biscuit tin.Live to ski
