Looking for some MP3 Spinning intervals to put on my iPod. to use on a spin bike in a gym.
Any decent sites online ?

no decent* suggestions of music but, my two vids might help - there are "exercise" notes on the 35 min one and the 4 min one is a classic tabata HIIT workout (20 on 10 off x 8 )
