Got the book for Christmas, have read, understood it and am ready to start on level 1, but...
I'm not clear on what workouts to do and when.
I have an existing injury (ITBS) and posture problems so workouts 1 & 2 seem an obvious place to start but do I do workout 1 for a certain number of days/weeks before starting no. 2?
Or do I alternate the 2 workouts from the beginning?
Or do I merge the 2 into one workout?
Or do I alternate through all 5 workouts for 4 weeks?

Lots of questions - wish they were answered by the author in the book - or did I miis that bit?

Start with workout 1 lvl1 then after a week or three workout 2 lvl 1 and so on. When you are confortable doing all the level 1 workouts then start workout 1 lvl 2 and do the same again. Eventually building up to the big one on lvl 3 over a few months.
