Saddle fore/aft/tilt

Buy an Adamo saddle.
Absolute game changer.
Many years a cyclist, good flexibility etc. but the back end of a 25TT would have me in significant discomfort in the old man region to the point I knew it was not healthy. I cannot praise the Adamo saddles enough, they are a total step change in comfort.0 -
Thanks for all the replies. My saddle to bar drop is 3 inches which I would have thought is quite a relaxed set up, and I only feel as though I'm sliding forward when I have my saddle at -7 degrees. When it's returned to -3 degrees I don't slide forward I just struggle to support myself after a while and find myself almost slouching and rolling my pelvis forward and thus end up putting some pressure on the perineum.
Tight hip flexors could be something to look into, I'll do some research there, every other muscle seems to be overly tight and inflexible so wouldn't surprise me if my hip flexors were too!0 -

I do have one on my time trial bike actually but really struggling to get comfortable on it. I might experiment with it on the road bike for a while and see how it goes.0 -

Have you lowered the saddle height compared to a standard saddle? The extra width necessitates this as your supported on your sit bones.
I've still not got my position / tilt perfect but every angle is still far better than a traditional saddle for me.0 -

Only by around 1cm to compensate for the extra height of the adamo vs the stock saddle, i have a 1 hour follow up session at the bike fitters for my TT bike so will get him to set the adamo up properly then as I get the feeling I am way off the mark.
With the road bike I'm going to try angling the saddle ever so slightly further down again and see how it goes on tomorrow's ride. If I'm still having problems I'll try the adamo0 -

Bloody pricey things aren't they but seems to be working so far so can't really complain. Nearly bought it at wiggle/CRC price but spotted one on amazon for £88, hardly cheap but a decent chunk off the £160 RRP. Seems as though you pay more and get less0
