Apps/software/videos that link to rollers??

I have a basic set of Elite rollers - nothing 'smart' about them in the techy sense.

Just to enliven training is there any way to utilise software (the Tacx tablet app or others) or connect with a dongle or route videos - anything really?

I also use a Garmin 500.

I can't imagine me being able to train with any kind of training software or video's. I wouldn't be able to survive the turbo without boxset's - ploughing through The Soprano's at the minute and have The Wire waiting in the wings.
