Halfords Turbo deal

I would like to buy a Turbo for the winter months. It will be for myself and the wife.
I will continue to get out for my weekly ride with the guys but need something more during the week after work.
I have decided on a Turbo over rollers so the wife can use it too.
There is currently a package available at Halfords which consists of the following all for £99.
It is this worthwhile? Or should i be looking at a different turbo?

It is a perfectly good deal. Decathlon also have some turbo deals in the run up to Christmas.
