Hi
I wonder if anyone can other advice.
Road cycling, wearing road shoes with cleats.
After about 30 - 40 miles. I get a pain on the inside of my knee shooting down to my shin.
It hasn't It's just started happening over the past few months.
It starts to go away after I climb, but, returns on the flat.
Any help would be great.
Thanks

I had inner knee pain due to my saddle being too far back. Once I used KOP's to get it in roughly the right area and moved it a little further forward again it is now fine for hours. Worth checking the basics of a bike set up again and after that you are looking at your shoes and cleats if still having problems.0

have a look at your cleat position, I had a similar issue and solved it by tweaking my cleat position to bring my heel closer to the chainstay.0
