Anaerobic intervals & "tingling" sensation

After doing L6 anaerobic intervals (of durations of around one minute, measured by PM) I get a funny tingling feeling all over (not in a pleasant way either) and feel the (nearly) uncontrollable urge to take a leak. This sensation begins almost immediately after the interval has ended and lasts for about 5 seconds.
Any insights into what could be happening? I get this every time I do prolonged sprints/L6 efforts, so it's not just a one off...

I used to get it at the top of Carlton Bank after a really hard effort (http://velo29events.com/wp-content/uplo ... n-Bank.png) especially on my scalp. I think it's a consequence of severe oxygen debt. Clears up after a few good breathes."A cyclist has nothing to lose but his chain"

^ as above, across the back of my scalp in particular. I guess oxygen and blood being diverted into the legs.
I have experienced it for 25 years, so don't worry about it too much.0 -
Suppose I should take it as a sign I'm hitting the right kind of exertion levels then0
