Maybe team-issue stabilisers? (for the roundabouts, I mean, not the best recipe)

FleshTuxedo's implementation of eschalottes has been exemplary on both occasions today

Shoyu Ramen - Tokyo style. Impossible to replicate due to the secret cauldron of stock, similar to a distinctive sourdough yeast starter, which stays on the go, always. If you don't feel the stock in your fingertips, it's not authentic.

Carlton explaining roundabouts. I hope some of the drivers here in HK are listening 'cos they haven't got a fracking clue.

I heard him mention Hong Kong. I tweeted that Cheng was the Bruce Lee of cycling. I haven't had a mention for a while - Giro last year, I think.

Carlton can't leave his Coquard alone....

I was only half listening, but I thought I heard Charlton say they were enjoying Steve Potts from HK keeping them up to date on Cheng. If he didn't, then my mind just heard HK and pulled everything else in. How weird.
