Possible headline - Brazil Fawlty as Manuel avoids making mistakes.
On a cycling note, No Froome at the inn as Alberto slams the Contador shut, is another potential0 -

Good to see it confirmed that Liam Gallagher is still a massive pr*ck.

Which part of it?
The $6800 is true but it is only for the KOM of the highest point in the Tour plus the same amount for the Tourmalet.
The Giro Rosa part is also true. This year's prize money TOTAL was 17666 euro and the prize for 1st overall was a MASSIVE 525 euros. Read it and weep:
http://velofocus.com/2014/giro-rosa-pri ... y-jerseys/
The TOTAL prize money for the Tour is 2 MILLION euros:

For a detailed breakdown of the prize money see page 20 down:

Unless I've totally misunderstood it's 800 euros if you bag an HC climb, down to 300 for a 3rd cat.
4 CLASSEMENT DU MEILLEUR GRIMPEUR
a) Cols hors catégorie/

Sorry I didn't make that very clear, It's 800 € 450 € 300 € for the first three on an HC.
It also happens to be 300 € for 1st on a 3rd cat.0 -
True that there are exceptional prizes of 5000euros for the Izoard and Tourmalet this year.0

Yeah so everything she said was correct. She was referring to yesterday which had the 5k prize. I guess she could have mentioned specifically that it was a special prize.
Her general point is more than valid.Contador is the Greatest0
