I'm not.... I couldn't care less, just seems a bit strange someone with such little interest in cycling regularly posts dribble on a cycling forum.

There have been cycling related posts from VTech, do a search on here for the video of him falling off his bike when he tried to ride through the ford

I seem to recall he took the pi$$ taking rather well :)

Why are you registered to this forum? ...I checked on your post history - and got bored at Page 15 (previous 300 posts) - and not one post you made had anything to do with cycling (well you did post a photo of some stupid penny farthing in one).

Because it winds people like you up.

If you really want the truth, I read a lot about cycling, I don't post so much because almost all is a learning curve, think of me like a sponge, taking in all the knowledge then one day when someone new comes onto the forum and asks a question, I will be suitably armed to make a reply, safe in the knowledge that I may be right.

Because when it comes to VTech, there are plenty round here who just can't let it go
Because they started another thread to generate it all? Oh wait...they didn't.

I am not getting involved but it is hard to avoid the conclusion that these threads are aimed at causing dispute that the Mods have warned will lead to bans and now have led to bans.
  • To be fair, getting into beautiful women living a party lifestyle in the most exclusive places in the world surely isn't hard with his (or is it his dads?) money in the bank. Of course that's what you'd be doing in his position. I try now and I'm skint and from Boro!

His money is self made, his father went bankrupt way back.

The post was not aimed at getting bans, its actually a fun post, there is nothing wrong in looking at how wild others live. I wouldn't live like this, I have a wife and 3 kids and in fact have spent more time with my family since december than I have in any other of the past 20 years.
The point was, its a light hearted look at the reality that money can make you happy.

I would be shocked to find a single one of us forum members who has had an argument with their other half due to the fact they have too much money.

Also, it was in the right forum section so perfectly acceptable.

To be truthful and a few mods have commented, I don't see a problem, it's in the correct section, Vtech ain't bleating about himself and to be truthful reading about that bloke just shows that wealth don't buy you health when you have had 2 heart attacks before you are 30, if I had his wealth I would be surrounded by brunettes and expensive stuff just in case the 3rd time I didn't make it.

Edit: - Oh and he still looks a knob anyway!

Nothing screams happiness with one's lot like continually posting pictures of one's conspicuous consumption and using women as a method of keeping score on your own greatness. Definitely. Doesn't gulder "try-hard ballbag" at the top of the lungs even a tiny little bit, no sir. The soul of contentment.

    It takes all sorts though.

My happiness is my kids, I wouldn't swap my wife and kids for all the money in the world but the fact remains that money does indeed buy happiness, we just need to remember than people have different views on what happiness actually is.

There are people here who are broke and go on a caravan holiday with the kids for a long weekend and have an awesome time. They would indeed have an awesome time if they could afford a foreign holiday a few times a year and not be concerned of the cost.
The problem with money is when you live to the amount you have and then want more which in turn brings more debt and more worry but in the case of being fabulously rich like Mr B you are afforded the luxuries of life as you see it. At the moment, having sex with countless stunning women is his vision of true happiness so all the power to him.

There are plenty on here who are much happier with the frump on the couch and wouldn't dream of shagging some of the most beautiful women in be world perish the thought !

Depends what you mean by one of those ?
I married a stunning woman who has modelled for various things and kept hold of her with my awesome charm and wicked sense of humour. She has fun and keeps herself in trim and if ever she got the feeling to "let herself go" I would be there to remind her that I would not be happy.

Some will say how bad I am to suggest that but she is hot, I fancy her today like I did when I was 17 and she was 15 and I would rather tell her to pull herself together than have an affair like other men seem to do. There is nothing wrong with upsetting people for the greater cause.

The greater cause being your happiness? Her very reason to live, no doubt! I keep up with most of your posts, and have no problem with your wealth and possessions. This is the first time I remember you mentioning your wife's qualities, and the only thing you say is that she's attractive. Not intelligent, not a great mother, not your soul-mate - just that she's hot. In fact, you refer to her in the same way as your other possessions - big house, expensive car, hot wife.

You've also mentioned that you're not the finest physical specimen (and I'm in no position to judge), so if the day ever comes when you have to reprimand your wife has for daring to put on a pound or two, don't you think it makes you a little hypocritical? Oh to be a fly on the wall that day!

I actually find most of your posts very amusing, and think you get a given an unreasonably hard time on here. Sometimes, with crap like your comments above, it's very hard to support you though!

I can't argue with a single word you have said. Im actually quite ugly, am overweight and have a bald head.
I referred to the wife as hot because I do find her hot. I didn't comment on the laughs we have as I don't really like to comment about my wife and kids too openly as that is my private affairs which I tend to keep private.

I don't mind saying that I like my wife to keep in trim but I would add that she often tells me to bugger off, she is feisty and is the ruler of the house. She doesn't stand any cr4p from me and puts me in my place. I have lots of friends and acquaintances who cheat on their wives often and I don't like this. I would actually rather no know because I would feel very uncomfortable in the presence of their partners knowing what I know.
I chose a woman to have kids with and I made a life choice, if I am truly gifted with riches I will have her till the day I die. That doesn't stop me from wanting her to look her best.

I am only speaking the truth, I say what other men think but don't have the balls to openly say.
Just as my wife would much rather me look like brad pitt, I am happy she looks as she does.

    Exactly.

The problem is, for all of you people who biatch at me about money, you actually have no idea how I value money in real life. I sold my company in december, it turned over millions and I gave every penny of it away. Why haven't I said anything about it until now ? Because I didn't feel the need too.
Money means nothing other than it lets me make choices, it buys things.
true value, the wife, the kids is everything. I have been broke and it didn't change a thing other than I wished I had cash to be able to afford nice things and to treat the wife and kids.
I would give everything I have financially to have my dad back, you see whilst I'm alive I can earn money back, the things I really desire are the things I can't really control.

People are all the same, someone brings up cars and someone replies yeah mine's a (insert flash car make) and they either say "wow, really? I'd like a go on that" or "you show off"

I think mr v-tech is now so tarred with whatever brush he's been tarred with that he can't say anything without it being twisted into a cash battle and ending up with the latter of the two replies.

True happiness is a deep seated state of being/consciousness and will not be achieved through attachment to material things or possessions.

It does however take a degree of emotional intelligence and a smidgen of enlightenment to understand this.

Instant and short term gratification (which, it could be argued, can be 'bought'), is most definitely NOT 'true happiness'. And living a life on a continuous loop of instant and short term gratification because you can afford to do so, doesn't equate to being happy (IMO :D )
Statistically, 6 out of 7 dwarves are not happy.
