    Too right I would be out on all the training rides with the team, and would go for all British team, would sign wiggo on a pay as you ride contract, if he rode well like tour of Cali he would get paid, if not like tour sussie he wouldn't get anything and his wage would be spilt between the team

    I can't decide between Cancellara or Stannard.

    Cancellara because he's an absolute beast and a legend. Stannard because it must be good for the team to see a rider pedalling himself into the ground every time he steps on a bike.

    I think rule no.2 would be to never sign up the current world champion.
