a few years ago i bought some really nice Sidi cycling shoes, they fitted like a glove, and certainly helped me ride faster and be more comfortable whilst riding, but what i did notice was after a while they became uncomfortable especially when out of the saddle on the hills, so off i set doing a search for replacement insoles, i purchased some from a seller on eBay recently, well they really fit the bill and are very comfy and just what the doctor ordered,
so good i wanted to share the item with you all.

Sidi insoles/footbeds are generally utter crap. The Spesh BG ones are much better and there's all sorts of other ones that are infinitely better than the Sidi ones.

I saw them spesh ones but the deep pocketed price of anywhere between 20 pounds and 53 pounds put me off,
and the ones i purchased fit the bill at a reasonable price.

mine were around 20 dollars shipped, saving me 30 plus dollars enough for a new chain or a new tyre as well :D
