Assos Skin Repair Gel?

Does anyone use the Assos Skin Repair Gel?
Is it any good?

I'm finding that despite using good quality shorts and chamois cream I'm suffering with some discomfort after longer (6h+) rides and noticed this stuff in a bike shop yesterday. It's not exactly cheap so I thought I'd see what others thought of it before getting some.
Are there any cheaper alternatives to the Assos gel?

    I've not used it but heard good things from others

    Great stuff, I use it after every ride and it really works to clear any potential sore spots seemingly overnight. Highly recommended.

    I use the Assos gel too but only when a bit sore, usually let nature take its course but sometimes a little assistance is required. A tube lasts a long time as you only need a small amount.
