This morning I was still 5'6" and weighed in at 11 stone dead. Which is by my reckoning about a half a stone heavier than before the holiday, and a stone heavier than I ought to be. This would explain why my trousers feel a bit tight around the waist.
Serious dieting and longer bike rides start today. Not even having a beer tonight watching the footy.
LOL. I'm 5'6" and my long term goal is to get to 11 stone! Which seems out of reach just now that I'm 12st10. I have a goal of getting to 11st7 by the start of October when I go to Mallorca but that means losing a pound a week every week.
My main issue aside from diet is finding the time. I usually to 50 miles on a Sunday but through the week it's a single 15 mile ride, if I'm lucky, often it's nothing at all. I'm going to try and make an hours riding in the morning the norm rather than the exception, but even as it is I still feeling like I'm running my life at full speed just to make time to get out of the door0
