Is anyone as regular taker of Krill Oil capsules? I found while browsing online stores that CNP have an "Omega +' product (endorsed by Team Sky) and it claims to be better than Cod liver Oil.
I've taken a cod liver oil tablet, usually Seven Seas brand, each morning for years based on there is a run of arthritis in my paternal family and I generally feel it keeps me fairly supple. I noticed benefit more when I was a regular golfer before my cycling habit began.
I'm keen to look into Krill Oil capsules and done some racing online today but wanted to know if anyone has experience?£20 for 60 capsules is pretty steep in price also so I'd hope for a good benefit rather than a placebo.

They can be bought much cheaper on EBay. I took them for a while, can't say I noticed any difference but then there's nothing wrong with me.0
