First TT on it since fit and wheels and first ever 25 last night. My power was pretty shocking but that is good in that it means I have a lot of headroom for improvement. Was a 'slow' course apparently, which is further encouragement.
Had issues with my visor steaming up as did a few others due to the fact it was humid after heavy rainfall. Wasn't best ever heh heh. The only person who overtook me was my minute man back, along with his support car
It's very comfortable and I feel pretty 'aero' on it.Insta: ATEnduranceCoaching

Looking good, tummy barely noticeable... that's all that matters really, having good photos

Hah! Nice one
I'm almost back to 'racing weight', I'm under 13.5 stone. About half a stone to go and I'll be under 10% body fatInsta: ATEnduranceCoaching

I know Mr Timmis sorted your position , so I expect to get burnt here, but don't you think seeing this you would benefit from a longer stem/ or reach?0 -
In what way? I'm really comfortable there, I can't really rotate my shoulder out much further either due to metalwork/pain.Insta: ATEnduranceCoaching

Sorry Forgot about the crash, won't go there, also forgetting your a fair bit taller than most!
No worries! When you see most people they tend to be a bit further forward with upper arms vertical so I think I have more reach than a lot of guys. It's a 58cm top tube and a 110mm stem.Insta: ATEnduranceCoaching
