All wrapped by Lee at invisiframe, really impressed with the quality of the wrap, and Lee's work is superb very friendly and so cheap in terms of getting it fitted, was quoted £100-£150 to get it fitted by several shops, £20 fitting and 2 hours with Lee! totally recommended

    Do it!

Nice build, good spec and I like the frame, just not a fan of green and don't like the tires, bet it rides like a beaut

rides really well, same as my previous Dune. Climbs ok but decends to a rocket :) Very low centre of gravity.

    love those tyres :P
  • Very nice bike missing one important ingredient though. Mud mud mud.

    I reckon it's like a Japanese supercar.

If I'm honest, I don't think it's easy on the eye but I bet it does the intended job just perfectly.

    Enjoy it

Yeah. Who'd want to open their curtains on a morning and see something as ugly as this on their drive...

There's no such thing as a Japanese 'supercar'.

Nissan GT-R i think they are getting at, since it hammers most supercars in terms of real performance.

That black thing Kowalski pictured above, (I think is an old Supra) looks lie its crashed into the window of halfords. I bet it has neon lights, plays drum and bass, just without the Drum and is only good at getting laid with 19 year old chav boys, same with a GTR.

Where the analogy works is that the GTR drives and handles like very few cars but does not look great. Much like the Dune (not ridden one so can't comment) I guess its important to remember beauty is in the eye of the beholder and we all like different things. I wouldn't question how the Dune handles, but looks wise its not for me.

Supremely proficient, but not a super car.

And, on topic, not sure about the Cadillac tyres, but other than that, great looking bike. Not sure what the doubters are seeing.

You don't define a supercar with a stopwatch.

The quality of the snatch that gets in and out of the passenger door! But agree, Supercars are not necessarily the fastest cars round a track!

Ha, ha! Good answer. In a way that does sum it up.

The GT-R is a car for people who like to impress their friends by quoting Nürburgring lap times. But after you get over the novelty of how shockingly fast it is, it's a somewhat dull car to drive and a very dull car to be in. A supercar needs to be special. Sure, it needs to be fast, very fast, and if you're delving into the part of the envelope that separates a GT-R from, say, a 458 Italia, you're going to kill someone before too long (any advantage is irrelevant on the road). But above all it needs to be special. When you arrive at a junction in a 458 and look left to check for traffic, you catch sight of the Prancing Horse embossed on the headrest of the passenger and your world is a better place to be.

whats 4k in comparison to £500000 for a supercar?

its nothing inthe overall scheme of things, and for an item with about a 5 year lifespan possibly longer do a cost per use calc I dont think its not so bad.

When I was a kid you were considered quite flash if you spent £120 on a bike...
