Latest advice, if you are not urinating on the bike during a race you are under hydrated.

Not only are you seriously dehydrated long before you feel thirsty but if you are not urinating freely during any race lasting more than 20 minutes your performance will suffer.

    Possibly, but will it suffer more than the time loss to stop and perform the deed.

    I'm told serious tri athletes do it on the bike. Disgusting habit.
