Hi looking for some advice, getting some pain on the arch of my right foot .Could it be that cleats are not fitted correctly, or is there something else wrong .cheers

I'm not an expert but do you shoes fit correctly?

As part of my Specialized bike fit they looked at my shoes. Specialized do different colour insoles for different foot arch sizes. As a result of the fit I changed the insole to one that fit my foot better.

I also hurt my foot on a long ride once because I didn't tighten the shoe up correctly at the start of the ride. The result was that the foot moved inside the shoe and this caused a bit of pain.

Is it on the middle of your arch or near your heel?

Do you only get it when you have been on the bike or does it happen after walking too?

Trying a set of insoles is a good place to start. If that doesn't help then go and see a podiatrist, they're pretty good.
