Bodnar takes the ITT and Van Keirsbulck the overall.
Edit: beaten to it I was checking the spelling of Keirsbulck - it still looks wrong!0 -

I missed the coverage today. What was the TT course like? I'd have expected Durbridge to have seriously challenged for the win0 -

Durbridge was up at the split but the second half was quite technical, especially near the finish, so I think he lost time there.0 -

Ah, OK ta0 -
Dehaes was an inch away from seriously disappointing his wife / girlfriend the way he flew into that bollard. That would have been ball-breakingly nasty.0

Also in case you missed it Nikki unclipped off the start ramp....and took AGES to clip back on. Not good.

What's the story here, does anyone know?0 -

It was a fairly dangerous finish as it was and the organisers should have done better to protect the riders. I was amazed Dehaes didn't crack some ribs on that bollard but he seemed OK as he (eventually) crossed the line.
pluis one - that could have been very nasty - can't believe at the MINIMUM the bollard wasn't padded - madness
Same finish as last year. De Haes was trying too hard to make up ground and went into the corner too fast0 -

He never actually clipped in. His pedal broke, and he ended up doing the whole TT with one leg and unable to get out of the saddle0 -
Wow seriously?!?! So one normal pedal and one sort of flat pedal and he still placed well. Great placing if so but I suspect that could have potentially caused an injury and he wouldnt lose much time simply changing his bike.Contador is the Greatest0

He didn't know if it was the pedal or the cleat that was causing the issue. If it was the latter, then changing bikes would have had no difference, so he chose to keep riding.0
-
If that was the case it was an exceptional time and almost a certainly cost him the race.0
