Have a look at Woodelo from Ireland, (yeah you got it, he uses wood, the definition of exotic )
Lovely bikes, they're no heavier than fancy steel frames, and a lad in the club said they're like riding a mtb in comfort terms. Liam is the owner/founder/only worker as far as I know so you get a really personnel service.
It's in Ireland too, meaning there won't be nearly as much hassle if you had to ever send it back
Woodelo has won a load of accolades at bespoke bike shows, Bristol 2013 is one of them I think so they really stand out.
