    Thanks all (except my local friendly bobby, of course :wink::D )

    Actually been seeing some readings of 105/70.

    Anyhow, I can now focus on training for AD6 knowing that I can get my medical declaration. Also learned a fair bit about BP which is good and also improved my diet a bit too - all good.

    I went to the docs for a check up last year after my crash, my BP was 157/96.....she was not concerned at all, I was though and she told me alarm bells only ring when it's very very high...

    I did have white coat syndrome and I monitor my BP at home with a calibrated monitor.
