If it's anything like BBC's coverage of the Worlds, the big talking point will how Cav will still win, despite Wiggins' ultimate sacrifice in the service of Froome.

I always think that P-R makes a good starter race for people who previously only think of the Tour de France when road cycling is mentioned. Seeing riders going along at 25mph plus riding flimsy looking bikes on a track most people wouldn't drive down in a 4x4 adds to the mystique of the sport and is the sort of thing that can get people talking. A BBC style 'pleb' style introduction is probably a good thing.
