Anyone with UK-bought Samsung S4 got Ant+ working?

I've heard that the version of the Samsung S4 available here in the UK lacks Ant+ support, but haven't been able to verify this.

Has anyone with a UK-bought S4 managed to get Ant+ working please?

I use my S4 and Garmin Gsc10 with Turbo Power for Android to train on my turbo with virtual power. Works a treat but does require android 4.3 I believe as that's when they added ant+ and Bluetooth low energy support.

Quick follow up on this. I ordered an S4 from Handtec (thanks freezing77 for the recommendation), it arrived next day and Ant+ works a treat with my Garmin Premium HR strap and Bontrager Duotrap speed/cadence sensor. I can even record the transmitted data on both my Garmin and my S4 at the same time in ipbike. Why is that useful? Well, the GPS data from the S4 is significantly better, especially under tree cover, than my EDGE 800. On more competitive segments, that could be the difference between a KOM or not!
