I bought a new bike a couple of weeks ago (specialized Secteur 2013) and as with my last bike I get a tightness on my outer calf. I've had physio and it is a lot better I also use the foam roller,could this be a cleat setup issue? any links for cleat setup?
I'm looking at a bike fit at the bike show...so is it worth the £60 for 40-45 mins or would a bike fit at Dales Cycles be better coming in at £150 approx 3 hours?
