I don't think someone simply wanting a little bit of bling can necessarily be categorised as 'going for looks'.All the gear, no idea and loving the smell of jealousy in the morning.

First thing I'd do is remove the plastic disc thingy from your rear wheel.
Then I'd get a nice pair of CNC Nano Thru Pin Pedals (orange), with some Lizard Skins Peaty Lock On Bike Grips (blue or white). That should to it.0 -

What the f**k is wrong with people?
I knew this topic would bring out the "It's a bike, FFS!" brigade. FFS, it's a hobby. If people get enjoyment from fiddling with their kit, what's wrong with that? Is this a MAN thing?
Eh? You might want to take another run at that. I think you're confused.I don't do smileys.

Has the OP given any indication that he's about to choose looks over performance? And are the two mutually exclusive? All the gear, no idea and loving the smell of jealousy in the morning.

Yes and yes
Somehow you typed "Yes and yes" when the correct answer is 'no and no'. How odd.All the gear, no idea and loving the smell of jealousy in the morning.

Orange , I thought every rider knew that . Put some sunny delight in the water bottle and get yourself the David Dickenson glow.
What a dull world it would be if you could only have Henry Ford's " any colour you like as long as it's black "0 -

I like ugly cars. I have had a Mitsubishi 3000GT, Mitsubishi VR4, Isuzu Trooper, VW Passat and Saab 93 Aero. All good to drive (except the Isuzu) and all fugly. Im looking for a Daimler Super V8 for a project and thats not pretty but fast.
My current 2009 Mondeo isn't entirely offensive to look at and great to drive.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -

This thread was a good read.
Rockmonkey, the 3000GT isnt that bad in my opinion. The rest are. And your AMC is decent, only because it stands out. For being ugly. Like your mum.
OP, Red saddle, red brake hoses + gear cable, red pedals and red grips, and your sorted. Its a win win. Red = looks and speed at the same time. Blue and red go well.0 -
Blue and red go well ........are you sure ? Not what a Russian in the Ukraine would say.0
