WTF!!!!
Has it really got to the stage that some need a phone to remind themselves that they have legs!

Every time I stand up I have a walk. Relieves the pressure.I don't do smileys.

The alternative version is to drink lots, then your bladder makes you get up regularly...
Unless you are a 'ultra-couch-spud' and just pee your pants....
