Just read an article on BBC webby. Five simple exercises for couch potatoes.

This is the fifth:

Set an Alarm
"A regular reminder to stand up or walk can be helpful"........"Put a reminder in your phone to regularly get up and stand for 5 minutes"


Has it really got to the stage that some need a phone to remind themselves that they have legs!
