Strange stomach sensations

Firstly, just so you know, I am in my 20's and was cycling roughly about 200 miles a week with no problem. Duration was never an issue, and neither was intensity.

About half a year ago I stopped cycling for a number of reasons, but one contributing factor was this new sensation I would experience in my stomach whenever i increased the intensity. I could never maintain this intensity because of it, although my respiratory rate was fine. When I was to prod my stomach during, I would get this shivery sensation that would radiate up my back past both kidneys. It is really sensitive, but then I would decrease the intensity and the sensation would subside completely.

Just to note - it's not a pain or sensation you'd typically feel during intense exercise. Also, there is absolutely no way I could cycle through it.

If anyone could relate then that would be awesome.

Do you need to throw up?

Some times if you are exercising hard you need to throw up. if so just go with it.

    Or

Its not near your appendix is it, lower right side? I have a rumbling appendix which can be quite painful at times.

I'm sure it will be fine.
