Power Training Question

I've recently started training on my turbo using power and realised I have no idea what I should be targeting as my power output. I'm using an Android app to generate power from my ANT+ speed sensor (similar to Trainer Road Virtual Power) so the figures could be a little off. My 30 min session is below:
