    Just got down to this. Managed to get the headset cups out using a screwdriver. I appear to have an proper crown race on the fork though so the fork doesn't sit flush with the frame once the new bearing is on. Trip to the LBS to remove the crown race in the morning.

    Edit: Scrap that, got it sorted in the end, it was just the same crown race that needed pulling off the fork. It feels loads smoother, only been up and down the road but it feels so much nicer. Hopefully i'll get out on a bigger spin tomorrow.

    FWIW my Allez Sport 2013 uses these bearings (impossible to find the info before)
