Hour record at 6.30. Some supporting events on track before then.
You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.

Looks insanely aero in this photo:

Wiggos position has been the best in the pro peloton for years but that looks pretty extreme. I guess there being no hills or wind to worry about has allowed Wiggo to get even lower.

Hutch tweeting that that in today's conditions Wiggo will need 460W to hit 55km. Seems a lot to expect.

Sometimes I think it's not possible for me to have more of a downer on Rapha...

Now while I'm by no means an F1 fan myself, I can't help thinking that fans of a minority sport like cycling might want to reconsider the claim than "no-one cares about" a sport with one of the biggest global audiences....

I thought I saw a list of links - Sky Sports on YouTube, UCI on YouTube and a few others but I can't find them now.
I'm left handed, if that matters.

Here at the #ucihourrecord the estimate from Wiggins's coaching team is about 54.5 km.

Carlton 'f'ing' Kirby getting increasingly excited over the next hour - he's started at a high level already. Deep joy.

AtC - They missed the start on Sky too, Brad started early.
