HI all,
Just picked up a turbo trainer to get some hours in during the evening and I was wondering if anyone can point to me some good training plans or has some tips about how I can get the most out of using the trainer.
Thanks in advance,
Mark

The only way to train on turbo without huge amounts of boredom. It has proper plans dedicated to your level of commitment and fitness.
You'll ideally need a speed sensor, HRM and an Ant+ USB stick. Not too expensive to get going.Ribble Stealth/SRAM Force

..or get hold of some of the sufferfest videos - nothing extra needed for those, apart from a laptop to play them on. Difficult to recommend anything more specific without knowing what your targets are..0

Hi all thanks for the rapid responses!
Well my main goal is training for a 400 ride from Portsmouth to Paris and back!
So I just want to build endurance and get in the best shape I can be in.
