increasing 20 minute power output

Hello i am try to improve my 10 mile tt through increasing my power (position is good and i have no excess weight to lose) My current power output for 20 minutes is 294 Watts and i am aiming for 330-340 watts by August i can train most of the day at the weekend and for 1 1/2 hours on the turbo tuesday and friday. What would be the best way to do this?

No idea what the 'best' way is but I increased my FTP from 290 to 320 in 3 months by doing regular 2 x 20 on the turbo and 5 x 5min steady hill climbs above threshold during the week, and club rides at the weekend. Not exactly a massive increase but there you go.
