Hi,

I am a person with some extra pounds and I decided to start a healthy lifestyle. I want to reach at the ideal weight but to do so with the sport and with diet. I took a mountain bike. Can someone help me with a program that can use the exercise bike for weight loss?

Thank you very much.

  • Stop eating.
I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles
  • To be fair weight loss is a very simple expend more than you consume equation.
If your just starting to exercise build up slowly, steady rides at a comfortable pace, you need to get your body used to the idea.
Good luck, you'll see some major changes if you stick with it.

The only real way to lose weight is to eat less. Exercise does help but most weight loss comes from eating less.

Give you an example, this winter on my road bike I got up to 50 miles but didn't lose any weight. I was fit enough but just eating too much. Ate slightly less and rapidly lost half a stone.
