    3 laps acw starting from the no parking sign just after the Roehampton roundabout. Got there a bit later than planned so predictably busy. Couple of holdups at the roundabouts and down Broomfield, but at my level of fitness a bit of a rest not such a bad thing. Possibly went out slightly hard and wimped out a bit on final lap by not quite burying myself.

    Could probably have started out a touch quicker. Bit of traffic on lap 2, last lap was basically a clear run. One day, probably next year, I'm going to crack 60 mins if it kills me. Only 10 seconds off my PB from last year, I see on looking it up. Didn't realise I was that close to it.
