Strava suffering is very sensitive.
Ride 1. Last week. 2 hrs 46 minutes, 65.1 km, 872m climbing, suffer score 120.
Ride 2. This week. 2 hrs 53 minutes, 66.7 km, 889m climbing, suffer score 150.
Both done with adequate rest the night before.
So basically, I did the same thing, at the same fitness level and required almost 20% more heart effort this week.
Do you think the night before's bottle of Rioja, large helping of roasted pork belly and trio of deserts had a detrimental effect on this weeks performance?

LOL, might have!
It's all done by power or heart rate, and duration. The distance and elevation doesn't come into the calculation. What were your points in the red for each ride? All the above is just advice .. you can do whatever the f*ck you wana do!

45 and 65.
I guess it may be caused by pushing it harder up the hills and relaxing more on the downhill bits of the second ride. Same distance, same average speed, but harder work.0
