    If you're happy to confess your admiration for Valverde's "fair pair of swingers" on global TV, you're not going to be embarrassed by unconventional footwear that helps your coefficient of drag.

    When I was in hospital recently they measured me at 6'4 - now I'd like to claim it but I'm a touch under 6'2 - maybe they got the same nurse measuring them ? All I need now is someone to weigh me at a stone under what I actually am.
