Sciatica help!

Hi all,
Over the last few months my relatively new Enigma Echo has been giving me a bit of sciatica a day or two after a decent road ride. I've been doing a fair bit of stretching to release any tension in my lower back. My flexibility has improved and I feel relatively comfortable on the bike but I'm still getting the sciatica post ride. I thought the next thing would be to start tinkering with the geometry of the bike to make it a bit more upright? Any tips on where to start with this or even any ideas to help deal with sciatica would be most appreciated. Many thanks, Robbie

I think the general consensus would be get a good bike fit first, And perhaps your sciatica is piriformis syndrome.0
