Which software/GPS could you recommend to track my routes?
A friend is reporting that Runkeeper on Iphone 4S says that his pace was 24kmh, and he did 18km, Garmin says 22kmh and 16 km, and google maps says that the distance is 17.5km
Which one is more accurate?

Nobody can tell you.
I use strava on my iphone and its trace is very accurate.
I use my garmin on my bike and that trace is accurate too.
If I use my garmin in my back pocket - it does have errors - I guess its not designed like that. My iphone is fine with it though.0
