1st Heart Rate Monitor

Folks,
I'm after buying my 1st H.R.M. And would appreciate some help in choosing.
Here's my criteria.
1. To be used mainly on the bike so stem mountable
2. Needs to be able to be permanently back lit
3. Needs a zone alarm (surely they all do this?)
How much do I need to be spending to achieve the above?
Have looked at the Wahoo Blue strap/App but don't know if it's suitable as I don't want to mount my phone, it stays in my back pocket - does this have a audible zone alarm?
Thanks in Advance

Garmin 510 for me. Obviously you're getting more than a Heart Rate monitor but you're able to upload your gps data and heart rate data to Garmin connect, strava etc for further analysis e.g. look at what your heart was doing when you went up a hill or were doing intervals.
The 510 can have heart rate zones sets and you can get an audible alarm if you go out of the zone although you can clearly see your rate on the screen so I've never bothered with the alarm.Strava Profile: http://app.strava.com/athletes/20060660 -
4iiii's for me giving safe audio and visual direct to your line of sight.
- No need for backlit nonsense.
- lighter than garmin
- cheaper than garmin
- no need to take eyes off road and look at screen0
