How strict are we supposed to be on cut-off times?

I'd say pretty strict and say 12pm prompt. Best to be consistent between everyone. It's not good if one person says 12pm sharp yet others are like well 12:20 hmmm ok I'll give you points. It says in the main ptp thread the cut off is 12.

Ok thanks. I gave someone points with a 12.05pm post, but I'll be strict from now on. And by 12, we're running on British time, right?

    No Tireno Adriatico PTP?

Can't complain because I can't help, but just curious.

With hindsight it probably should have been included. I think it was dropped last year because rozzer, very reasonably, didn't want to do two races at the same time. I think with the PTP team it would now be possible to do two races at the same time relatively easily. Maybe it should be included next year.

Good lord, I've spent an hour searching for PTP Adriatico.
Finally checked your unbelievable list to find it missing.

If you want more races included in PTP then come forward and offer to run them.

I created an Excel spreadsheet into which you can paste the each PTP page and it will then give you a suggested rider next to each user in alphabetical order. It still requires some work, probably only works in Firefox and you still need to check each post, but I think it helps. The only thing is that you need to be competent in Excel at copy, pasting as values and hiding columns. If anyone is interested, please let me know.

I think the PM system is still down. Can you email me the spreadsheet with the final Paris Nice scores in. Makes it easier for me to update the GC then. Cheers.

I've shared it with you which, I think, means you can now edit it and copy it easily. If you need it in Excel or have any problems please let know.

First time I've used Google docs, and I struggle to understand why it is so hard to copy directly from read only, but it is as I tried it for the latest list of users. Anyway, let me know if you need anything.

Can someone send me a link to the spreadsheet please so that I can update it?

    Is that how it works?

Is the cut off time now BST? The forum shows all the times in GMT.

Go to "User Control Panel" and then "Board Preferences" and there is an option for British summer time, make sure it's set to yes.

Done. Someone got a bit lucky in the last race, but given the clocks changed the night before I think we can be generous.

Members of the committee - question about Giro GC/S1 deadline.

S1, the TTT starts at 17:45. I'm proposing making that (17:45) the cut-off for GC/S1 picks. All other days reverting to 12:00. Any objections?

(@rozzer: PM system is as robust as a stage racer. Please email porridge the recent results spreadsheet so I can copy the latest list of players. Ta)

Does it definitely start at 17:45? I can't find start times :?

With regard to spreadsheet you'll be better PM'in someone who has done a race before. I've only got an up to date GC spreadsheet.

Are we doing the nationals? I'm not that fussed, but they are quite close now.

This must have been brought up before.. could we make other jersey picks (just in the GT's mind)?

    All the best RonB.

So the new PTP season isn't too far away.

Who wants to continue helping out again this year? If any new people want to help this year then feel free :)

If I can sort out who wants to help run it this year by this week then I'll sort the calender out for next week.

I will, but rather not a GT this year, maybe a couple of smaller ones.

I'll give it a shot. Though can't do the GTs or any on bank holiday weekends. Maybe a couple of the smaller classics and one of the random stage races that I always seem to forget.

I can do Omloop, Strade Bianchi, MSR, E3, G-W, Flanders, Paris Roubaix, Amstel Gold, Liege Bastogne Liege.

So basically I can do all of the spring one day races apart from the midweek ones. It's the stage races I can't really commit to.

At the moment I can also do Lombardy and Paris Tours at the back end of the season.

I'm most likely to be away over Easter, but otherwise can do races up to and including June. Happy to volunteer for Paris-Nice if required.
