Hi there
Can anyone recommend a good coach from personal experience.
I want to try and get the best from my power meter and although I've done a fair bit of reading I think I would prefer some guidance on a training plan.
I can't afford£100 plus power month either but don't require daily/weekly attention either.
Any views welcome. Thanks

Depends how much you can afford really.
You're probably going to be knocking on the £100 mark if you want power and training analysis.
At half that price, you'll get a coach which can give you a training plan and workouts which'll help you reach your goals efficiently. However it's mostly down to you, you'll have to do your own tests and dictate whether you feel 'good' or 'weak'. Although the power meter will help with that.
Not sure how well it works out, as I haven't actually followed it through. But I recommend you check out the coaches who work under 'Trainingpeaks.com'. There are plenty to choose from so the prices are competitive. Also you can filter through the type of coach you want.0 -
I am one of the RST Sport coaches - for 2014 we're offering three new personalised packages which come in under £100 per month, one for sportives, one for weight loss and one aiming for one big event (all bought in three month blocks). If you'd like to know any more then shoot Ric an email on ric@rstsport.com.
