Isn't it the same as last years TT kit ? They had meshy tops in the hot stages of the Tour last year.

Its not that bad whilst you're riding. I'd not be tweeting pics of me in my living room though....

At least it seems to have black modesty panels where it matters. Unlike some light coloured kit that really should !

The summer jersey from last year was mesh. But the '13 skinsuit wasnt. This '14 skinsuit, well, the mesh extends rather racily beyond the upper body and down the thigh - which is whats sending peeps into a tizz.
  • One rider who'll have no problem with that kit is Bernie 'its a bit warm here in the bunch, I think I'll take off my baselayer' Eisel. Nor I suspect will his legion of female and gay fans....
    *faints*

This was not at all my first thought on seeing this new kit, not my first thought at all.

Now where's that infamous Giro gif...

Oh and what is that strange head/mask thing in the background? Did he steal it from some crazy roadside buffoon?

You are right. This would look just top dollar on little Hesjedal.
It would look great with his shades though, you have to admit.

Ah no, special exemptions - a sort of TUE, if you will - are given for mancrushes on Bernie and Tommeke

If I had Froome's body I'd be wanting to show it off too.

    Clearly not.

I think that experiment can be confined to the scrapheap as a marginal loss...that looks sore!

  • Some of the guys were wearing mesh last season in Jul and Aug. Dont understand why its being treated as a new revelation (apart from the cheeky skinsuit, that is)

  • That sunburn looks rough.

Suncream would be needed in Argentina or Australia as standard surely?
