I was bloody furious with Wiggle. I felt totally conned. Initially I got the stock answer of very sorry etc, supplier error. Pointed out that 10 were available, same bundle available on Amazon, no pricing error, contract completed, invoiced accordingly, money taken etc. another email saying return item, sorry. Got some consumer advice and was prepared to buy the missing items from a 3rd party and recover all costs from Wiggle as I really wanted the bundle to go to training ( tomorrow night, Tuesday). I set this out in another email, explaining that it would cost them a lot more if they didn't supply the items. I got another email back trying to bribe me to return the gps and they would give me a £20 voucher that I could put to a new bundle. That would still cost me £30 odd to buy a new one at £269.99 . Explained again and referred them to some consumer advice that they couldn't charge me more for what I had ordered and they were contracted to supply. At least 3 more emails and they agreed to send the missing items. Painful , but I had taken long enough researching, speaking to club mates, coach, looking at this forum, posting in my club forum, asking family to give me money for Xmas , bidding on flea bay..... I spent a lot of time trying to get the right kit. Thought I'd go with a reputable seller, 1 year guarantee etc...

They are sending a new hrm and cadence sensor, hopefully to arrive in time for training. Can't see that I will have time to set it up as will have to go straight from work.

Pleased to get what I ordered. ( it's not here yet!) but not happy for the stress, time , effort and disharmony it's caused in my household. It better be worth it.

Took some doing, but missing kit eventually supplied ( not in time for club training on Tuesday night) plus a £25 voucher.
Should have been dealt with sooner.

Amazon have brought the price down again for the performance bundle. Not quite as cheap as last time but 234 - still pretty good.
