In that picture, of course not bi people have been taking shots at Cav's weight for a long time. The point still stands, I'll happily swap his palmares (and wife!) for a few extra kilos.
Has someone done something funny with the picture. Just look at his hands. Even his hands are fat, or his right hand at least. The other dude - on the left side (right if your looking at the picture) has a massive left hand. Has someone used a strange lens or photoshopped it or something?
I don't know, he just looks uber huge, that it makes you wonder. The fat hand gets me thinking.

I thought similar when first looking at it, would take pretty good Photoshop skills to do it without affecting anything in the background though. No doubt he is carrying extra weight at this time of year but maybe the camera angle isn't helping.
