Power2max - BOR RR688 or Rotor 3D

I'm lining up a hotly anticipated purchase of a Power2max power meter and have narrowed it down to one of two options - the much-loved Rotor 3D and the less well-known Bor RR668. I need something that will fit a BSA bottom bracket shell (both do, with the requisite BB) and it needs to have 175mm cranks and 130 BCD - again, both fit the bill. If I'm being honest, the main attraction of the Bor is that it's usually a much more expensive chainset and is currently reduced to the same price as the Rotor, but includes chain-rings, while the Rotor does not. While I'll be sticking a dinner plate on the power meter as I'm going to use it for TTs, I need a new set of 53/39 rings for my road bike... The other attraction of the Bor is that it has a 30mm axle and can be used on any BB type - a big bonus if I decide to change my frame to a BB30 one in the future. Although I imagine it's possible to get hold of a BB to enable you to do the same thing with the 24mm axle-d Rotor 3D?
So my question, especially to those with experience of either chainset, is which should I go for?
Thanks in advance.
